I didn't encounter any issues with your product. I like the designs. I noticed a size variant, in the shoes, for the Saturday girls. They could be more consistently sized, but, I didn't consider that to be an issue.
WANTIME：The slight size differences in shoes come from design-specific adjustments.If every style used the exact same sizing, some designs would end up looking visually unbalanced.
· I want more BJD with rooted hair. I am not a fan of the plastic hair on some of the figures. I like how they look with rooted hair more, and it feels nice to touch.
· These dolls are really beautiful. Great clothing, detail, and quality. Very pretty anime faces with great eyes. Shoes are varied sculpts and fit well over the socks, or, stockings. They look nice, on a shelf with Mix Angel dolls. A great value for the purchase price. I only wish the had offered freebies, extra heads, and extra bodies. Hair quality is good and soft to the touch. I did style the bangs. I will buy more styles, if offered.
WANTIME：We currently offer rooted-hair BJD dolls in the Saturday Girls series. We will soon launch a rooted-hair BJD series inspired by China’s intangible cultural heritage, as well as another rooted-hair BJD series.
These dolls designs are lovely! I hope they are strung (if they are) tightly and have overall good articulation. For their hair, namely the plastic ones, I hope they don’t fall apart as easily.

· Gorgeous, high quality dolls! I could not be happier with this set! Every doll is stunning and they have sturdy bodies with great posture. The clothes are well made and easy to dress. I love all the props and accessories that they came with!

Really appreciate cute designs that feel fresh and original. I would love to see more imaginative themes inspired by fairy tales, nature, seasonal events, and everyday fashion.
WANTIME：We will soon launch two brand-new lines: an animal-themed rooted-hair BJD head series, and a Cthulhu-inspired rooted-hair BJD collection.
Very pretty. Outfit is extremely nice, however some ribbons will fall off easily. Hair is pretty, however can be near impossible to untangle and is sparsely rooted.
WANTIME：Thank you for your feedback. We previously tested samples with higher rooted-hair density, but the effect failed to meet our quality standards and looked unnatural. Therefore, we decided to keep the current hair density.
It's a good quality Saturday Girls doll and all, if u like style the hair I suggest u add in more or just re-root it. I had i bit a trouble getting on her head accessorie but yh it's a nice boll, not my favorite bcz I rather Selene or Raven but she'll work.

Would it be possible to design some dolls with removable wigs? It would be so fun to change their hairstyles and colors without having to buy a completely new doll.

· For the overall doll quality, the body itself poses fine, but it was stringed with elastic string that's too thick, so when you try to replace the hands, you have to push both the S hook and string back through the hole while also trying to make sure the hand doesn't come off the hook.
· The shoes lack a bit of quality control. I have one that fits perfectly, one that’s too loose and keeps falling off, and two that are too snug and I can’t get off the doll.
WANTIME：We are continually working to improve our craftsmanship and product quality.
· Would you consider selling the shoes and accessories separately after the initial releases? Sometimes I love the accessories just as much as the dolls, and I would definitely buy extra sets.
· Some dolls have very similar facial expressions. I think having more variety in eye shapes, face molds, and makeup styles would make each character feel more distinctive.
· I wish this company would make shoe, assortments, like their Freebie shoes. I would order them... quickly. Great scale BJD'S, great design, adorable dolls. Highly recommended!

· The packaging is cute and attractive, but I think the dolls could benefit from better protection around their hair and delicate accessories during shipping.
· The clothing feels like nice quality, but I did have trouble getting a few of them dressed due to certain pieces of clothing (like sleeve cuffs) being too tight for the hand to fit through. I know the hands can be removed, but some people aren't able to or might not be comfortable/confident trying to do that.

What are your expectations or blessings for Brand: WANTIME?
· I can't wait to see what other collections you will release.
· Good quality affordable (as much as possible) dolls with good, diverse designs (both in theme and mold, to include both child-like dolls and slightly mature dolls) and reliable, fun articulation.
· I would be so happy to see more mature-looking BJD characters alongside the cute, childlike designs. Having different face styles and body proportions would make the collections more diverse.
· I would love to see collections inspired by different cultures, historical fashion, and traditional costumes, with thoughtful details and distinctive character designs.
· I hope future collections explore a wider variety of styles, from sweet and dreamy to gothic, vintage, elegant, and playful.
· I hope WANTIME continues to expand its doll lines while keeping the unique identity of each series. I am excited to see how your designs evolve over time.
· My wish is for every new release to bring even better quality, from face-ups and hair to clothing and articulation.

WANTIME：We will launch three product series next: a rooted-hair BJD series inspired by China’s intangible cultural heritage, an Animal series featuring BJD dolls with removable wigs, and a Cthulhu series featuring BJD dolls with specially sculpted heads. A Gothic series is also in our development plans. We are also continuously refining our production processes and improving product quality.
· The designs are very nice, and, well executed. I like the size of both doll lines, as well as, the body quality. Your faces, on the Saturday Girls, are the most cohesive. I like the consistent eye shapes and sizes. My favorite part of these collections were the Freebie shoes , which came with Twinkle Polaris. They are beautiful designs, they're high quality, they are usable with other BJD'S. Please keep supplying, pre-order, freebies. Please think about selling shoe sets. I will, look forward to and, continue buying these. Please make a second series for both doll lines.
· Would like to see more series of BJD featuring rooted hair and painted faces. Loved the Saturday girls series.
· I really hope to some circus theme.
· I hope future collections will include a wider range of themes, from magical fantasy and vintage fashion to cozy everyday outfits. There are so many possibilities!
