Q&A About MITA MAOXIA
Thank you all for your support for the MITA MAOXIA and Mita Tarot Series. We have carefully reviewed and organized all the suggestions and feedback, and would like to provide a collective response regarding product quality, body structure, accessories and instructions, shipping and after-sales service, as well as future product planning.
I. Product Quality and Quality Control
Mita Tarot Series marks our first attempt at product development and mass production. Due to our limited experience in product design, mass production processes and production management, quality issues occurred in some units. We have carefully recorded and summarized all the feedback we received.
Clothing
For the doll clothing, we did not fully consider the actual production processes and mass production constraints during the design stage. Through the development and production process, we have accumulated more relevant experience and replaced our doll clothing supplier afterwards. In the future, we will fully evaluate the mass production feasibility across the design stage, production processes, and material selection, and will try to identify and avoid quality-prone designs and production methods as early as possible.
Plastic Parts
For the plastic parts, due to our limited experience with early-stage modeling and mold design, some issues related to molds, injection molding, and part compatibility occurred during mass production. We have summarized the specific causes of these issues and will make adjustments and improvements to model design and related production processes in future products.
Quality Issues
For quality issues, we have been actively handling all related after-sales matters. Once consumers submit their feedback and the issue is verified, we will provide replacement parts or targeted after-sales solutions based on specific circumstances.
We will apply the experience accumulated during development and production to our future products, and continuously improve our product design, development, production and quality management. We sincerely appreciate everyone who has shared specific feedback with us. We will take all your suggestions seriously and keep making improvements.
II. Body Structure, Articulation and Size
Regarding the feedback we received about the body structure, we also conducted practical inspections and reviews after completing the production of Mita Tarot Series.
Neck Structure
There were indeed some imperfections in the neck structure. In response to issues such as the neck material and the potential sinking of the neck hook, we have made improvements to the relevant structure and will adopt a new design starting from the second-generation products.
Arms
For the arms, the arm joints are designed to be relatively thin, which has a certain impact on the articulation range and stability of some poses. We will optimize the arm structure in subsequent products, while maintaining the overall shape, to improve the mobility and posing experience.
Size
We do have plans to develop products in larger scales, including 1/6 scale products, and we will also try other sizes and specifications. More specific information will be released gradually once the relevant product plans are finalized. Please stay tuned.
III. Accessory Design, Freebies and Instructions
We have carefully reviewed all your feedback on product accessories. Some accessories still have room for further optimization in terms of structure, magnetic attachment methods and actual production effect. In future products, we will make adjustments to the design, structure, and production methods of accessories based on actual handling and play experiences, so that they can be further improved in terms of appearance, fit, and stability during use.
We also noticed that many collectors particularly love additional items such as replacement face pieces and Tarot illustration cards. In the future, we will plan more relevant freebies and extra content, hoping to bring you a richer collecting and customization experience.
In addition, we have received feedback regarding how to dress the dolls, install accessories, and apply water decals. In the future, we will consider providing clearer instructions to make the products easier to use and enjoy.
IV. Shipping Information, Missing Parts and After-Sales Service
We will keep updating information related to product launches, production and shipping through our official Rednote account. As we have not yet established an official overseas account, overseas consumers can stay updated on relevant information through our local agent partners. We will also strengthen communication with our agent partners, so that product updates and other important announcements can be communicated to overseas consumers in a more timely and accurate manner.
Mita Tarot Series includes a large number of individual parts and accessories, with highly complex contents packed in each single box. During the actual production and packaging processes, a small number of missing parts and under-packaging issues did occur. To address this, we will adjust the packaging solutions for all subsequent products, avoid including an excessive number of overly complicated independent accessories in a single box, and reduce the probability of packing errors from both product configuration and packaging workflow perspectives.
If consumers find missing parts or other quality issues after receiving their products, they can submit their order information and problem details to the corresponding purchase channel. They will forward the specific issue to our team. Once the issue is verified, we will provide corresponding reshipment or targeted after-sales solutions based on the actual situation.
We sincerely appreciate all your love and trust. As a team still building experience in product development, sales and operation, we will thoroughly summarize all issues that occurred in our products, and integrate these insights into the development, packaging and after-sales processes of all subsequent products. V. Tarot Series and Future Product Direction
We sincerely appreciate all your love and support for the Mita Tarot Series. This series represents a great deal of effort from our designers and team. We do have plans to continue developing new products, and we will also launch Mita Tarot Series 2.
In future products, we will further optimize the product form, detail presentation and content configuration, building on the full design and production experience accumulated from the Mita Tarot Series. As for the specific characters, artwork designs and product information for Series 2, we are not yet able to disclose relevant details in advance. More official updates will be released gradually through our verified channels, so please stay tuned.
In addition to the Tarot Series, we are also working on the design and development of other types of products. At present, fantasy-style male characters remain a direction that we are particularly interested in exploring further. We will also maintain diversity in our design styles and continue to explore male characters across different themes and visual styles.
We have noted all your suggestions for princes, mythological themes, horror styles, historical costumes, K-pop idols, diverse skin tones and more facial expression options. These ideas will serve as references for our future product planning, but the final selection of specific themes will be determined based on overall design arrangements and product development progress. Any new product updates will be announced through official channels in a timely manner.

What suggestions or feedback would you like to share with Brand: MITA MAOXIA?
1. Please provide head backs as bonuses/add-ons instead of only offering a 3D print file.
2. I think the sets were really nice, but they could have included something extra, such as an additional face plate like some blind box dolls do.
3. Can you please include some extra neck cards along with the bonus face parts? They are very difficult to customize without neck cards.
4. I would love it if you could include some sticky tack or another way to keep the dolls' accessories securely in place.
5. I’m still unsure how to apply some of the extra pieces, such as the deer and wolf ears, as well as some of the crowns. Instructions on how to use them would be helpful.
6. The quality control needs to be better. The clothing quality was quite low, and the Hermit’s hair parts did not fit together properly at all. Please consider adding lining to dark-colored clothing because the fabric stained the dolls very easily.
7. I noticed some broken threads on parts of the Lovers’ clothing, such as the cape. They were easy enough to fix with a needle and thread, but better quality control would be appreciated.
8. The small silver buttons on the Death and Lovers outfits can come off easily. I was happy that extra buttons were included, but instructions on how to properly put them on would be helpful.
9. I would like to see better quality control. The doll I received had some black specks inside the head that I could not remove.
10. I would like MAOXIA to improve its quality control, after-sales service, and communication regarding shipping delays.
11. The magnetic accessories look too large and clunky on Star and Hermit. They don’t look as delicate and refined as they do in the sample photos. I hope this can be improved in the future.
12. The neck plastic is very soft, and the hook can sink into the neck if the neck card is removed for a while. Please improve this area.
13. How do you feel about making the head-to-body ratio more similar to larger bodies used by other blind doll series? I would love to see an “older brother” version of Mystery Tower in a special 1/6 scale.
14. It would be amazing if the neck and joint parts were compatible with standard 1/8 doll bodies, so we could have more clothing options.
15. I really like that there is wire inside the legs, which makes posing easier and helps the legs stay in position. I wish the arms had the same kind of posability, or that character stands were included so we could create more interesting poses.
16. The clothing has a lot of details, which makes it somewhat difficult to figure out how to dress and style the dolls. Could you include a card or guide explaining how to dress them?
17. More boys like the Tarot line, please!
18. I would also like to know how to apply some of the extra pieces and face/body markings. I assume some of them are water decals, but clearer instructions would be helpful.
19. The Magician’s hat looks a little odd. It sits too flat and doesn’t seem to fit the shape of the head very well.
20. The magnets need to be stronger so that the hat stays securely on the head.
21. Will you please make a second season? These are my favorite dolls.
22. A lot of the characters in the Tarot series look like princes. I would love to see a series of prince dolls! They could be fairytale princes or princes inspired by real historical figures. I think that would be lovely.
23. Please keep making male dolls! I have the Mita Tarot Hanged Man doll and I absolutely adore him. I think he is adorable and well-made, with great articulation and an aesthetically pleasing design. I would love to see more dolls like this.
24. I would love to see these wonderful male dolls with darker skin tones in the future.
25. I would love to have bigger and more detailed dolls, such as 1/6 scale dolls.
26. It would be great if future designs could feature more varied facial expressions.

29. I really like that you make male dolls. The hair is especially well done, particularly how it naturally covers the seams.
30. The Tower of Mysteries / Mita Tarot series has an incredible dark fantasy aesthetic. The sculpted hair is beautifully sharp and easy to handle without worrying about messy styling.
31. I loved Mystery Tower dolls. They all have really beautiful faces, and their head molds are beautifully detailed. For my dolls, the parts fit very well and tightly. I really appreciate the great quality of your products.
What are your expectations or blessings for Brand: MITA MAOXIA?
1. I hope there will be a Season 2 with a similar visual style, featuring all male characters.
2. I would love to see a second or third series to complete the Tarot set. At least the Major Arcana would be great. I hope we can get The Hierophant, The Chariot, and The Fool next time!
3. Perhaps the dolls in Season 2 could be based on the rest of the Major Arcana? I would definitely love more handsome boys for my collection!
4. I hope they release a second set of Tarot-themed dolls. While I didn’t get the one I wanted most, The Magician, I would love to see their interpretation of the other Tarot cards.
5. I loved the series and hope MITA MAOXIA will continue creating beautiful designs and improving upon what comes with the dolls.
