STEP 1 - Use a restringing tool or aluminum wire.

STEP 2 - Remove the hands.

STEP 3 - Take off the S hook.

STEP 4 - Do the same on the other side.

Remove hands and S hook on the other side

STEP 5 - Adjust the length based on the tightness.

Tips: If it feels loose, shorten the elastic first, then use the restringing tool or aluminum wire as shown in the video.
